for little kids to play with- I made sugar cookies, sandwiches, and pancakes/syrup for my kids to play with. We're pretty basic here, though. Some people go all out.
I don't get it either...maybe becuase my littles are all boys now. They are cute, but I don't think I think they're cute enough to spend the time making them. I saw somebody make a turkey on a platter once, with little felt carrots and potatoes...I thought that was taking it a bit too far.
